Invision Expands Technical Sales Support Team

Invision has expanded its operation with the recruitment of Robbie Russell as technical sales support specialist. Following Invision’s recent move to larger premises and the expansion of its marketing team, Robbie’s appointment reflects the company’s continued growth.

As technical sales support specialist, Robbie will work within Invision’s technical support team to offer assistance to both their customers and their sales force.

Robbie has extensive technology skills and has used these to build his own custom personal computers. After starting his career in retail, he followed his passion to move into IT by joining the Midwich Group in 2017. His new role at Invision will allow him to develop and share his technological know-how by providing comprehensive support to its customers and helping to build its online technical support portal. And, should Invision or their customers require some after-hours entertainment, Robbie runs an internet radio station in his spare time.

As with all new Invision employees, Robbie has embarked upon a rigorous course of in-house training to ensure that he has a complete understanding of Invision’s products, its clients and the industry.

Mark Taylor, Invision’s commercial director, said,

"Technical understanding is one of the most important competencies for an Invision employee, and Robbie possesses this in abundance. Coupled with his strong customer-facing skill set, Robbie is set to be an extremely valuable addition to the team. His appointment will further strengthen the resources we have available in our technical support team and assist us in improving our ticket system."
