The Prize Draw will open on 11 December 2020 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on 3 January 2021 (the "Promotion Period”).
This Prize Draw is open to Invision Resellers aged 18+ only (each a “Participant”). This Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter.
Entries containing Content that does not comply with the Content Guidelines will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
Each Participant may submit a maximum of one (1) Entry during the Promotion Period.
There is one (1) Prize available to be won, free standard delivery (up to £10.75) on the next three (3) orders (a total of £32.25), excludes TVs and orders outside mainland UK, placed before 23:59 (BST) on 30 June 2021.
Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.
The winner will be selected at random from all Entries received by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions on or around seven (7) days following the relevant Entry End Date via a reply to their email Address.
The winner will have fourteen (14) days from date of notification to claim their Prize by responding to the Promoter with their Company Name and Account Number. Prizes will be applied to the next three orders, excludes TVs and orders outside mainland UK, placed before 23:59 (BST) on 30June 2021.
In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to the next Participant selected at random from all Entries from that Tour location received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Prize Draw, to advise of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoter that may be of interest. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners.
The Promoter may publish on any of its websites or any social networking website any and all Content received by it in connection with this Prize Draw at any time and for any reason.
Each participant warrants that they are the person who created the Content submitted to this Prize Draw and that all Content adheres to the Content Guidelines. The Participant shall indemnify the Promoter and hold it harmless from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, obligations, claims, actions and demands, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from any breach of warranty set out in this clause.
Invision excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of the Prize.

Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms will be governed by English law.
