Following its recent move to larger premises, Invision has expanded its internal sales team with the recruitment of two assistant account managers. The two new employees will support Invision’s account managers, and this will allow them to offer even stronger levels of service to their customers.
The new recruits will provide Invision’s customers with a dedicated point of contact in the office and they will be in full control of the administration for each of their accounts. Invision is already renowned for its customer service standards and this expansion of the team will build upon this.
The assistant account managers have already embarked upon a rigorous course of in-house training to ensure that they have a complete understanding of Invision’s products, their clients’ accounts and the industry.
Charli started her career as a report drafter of toxicology before beginning a career in sales where she helped launch a recruitment Agency and more recently worked as a sales executive in the hospitality industry. Her technical background coupled with strong sales skills make her the perfect fit for Invision.
Liam studied mathematics at Exeter University, graduating with a first-class degree and a Dean’s commendation. After his studies he worked in operations support for SafeSTS before spending some time travelling. With his numerical skills and support expertise, Liam’s appointment was an easy choice for Invision to make.
