Trinnov Audio and AVA are just two of the major players targeting ISE 2026 as a major opportunity to present their progress and potential for performance-focused integrators. Stay tuned for more ISE 2026 news!
Earlier this year, Trinnov Audio released details of the AltitudeCI, a product platform built to take home cinema and media room execution to the next level. ISE 2026 sees the product’s first official trade show outing, offering dealers a chance to experience the AltitudeCI in a special demonstration on Stand 2G300, partnering with other major AV brands in a full-blooded cinema demonstration. Check out this brand-led deep dive into the product right here.
For our purposes here, and if not already familiar with the concept, AltitudeCI is described as the scalable Audio-over-IP concept capable of delivering for every project. This fully networked Audio-over-IP (AoIP) processor has been designed specifically for the custom integration (CI) market. Built to be scalable, flexible and compact, AltitudeCI has been created to deliver premium immersive audio for projects ranging from high-end media rooms to DCI-grade private cinemas.
“AltitudeCI makes Trinnov performance available to more projects than ever before,” said Arnaud Laborie, Trinnov Audio Co-Founder and CEO, at the time of launch. “This is the one platform integrators can rely on for every immersive audio project, regardless of scale, infrastructure or performance demands.”
AltitudeCI is the first processor in its class to offer native support for both Dante and Ravenna/AES67, offering compatibility across consumer and professional audio infrastructures. This ‘best of both worlds’ architecture enables direct integration with Dolby Atmos and DCI servers via AES67, while managing output through Dante without the need for external converters.
AltitudeCI brings Trinnov performance within reach for a wider range of premium installations, introducing a modular licensing model that allows integrators to specify channel count in 2-channel increments. AltitudeCI is available in configurations from 8 to 32 channels, with a custom 64-channel version arriving later in 2026. Upgrades can be activated remotely via Trinnov’s extranet, maximising long-term flexibility. On board are proven Trinnov technologies such as Optimizer, WaveForming and Remapping.
The streamlined 2RU chassis includes eight analogue outputs, ideal for active subwoofer WaveForming applications or 7.1 systems. HDMI support (4 in, 2 out) ensures compatibility with matrix-based video systems. AltitudeCI also has three independently configurable Ethernet ports, including two with SFP cages, supporting robust network architectures with separated or redundant control, audio and service traffic.
The maker reports that system setup has been streamlined as well. The newly redesigned Altitude user interface features a guided calibration workflow, making Trinnov’s tuning tools more user-friendly while preserving expert-level control. In short, Trinnov has designed a platform that meets the needs of the next wave of home cinema development where remote management and smooth system upgrades and evolution with clients’ needs become the norm and not the exception.
Demonstrating the platform’s abilities, Trinnov will take part in one of the show’s marquee demonstration set-ups on Stand 2G300 as part of a collection of brands led by the Adeo Group. The cinema will deliver an 11.8.8 room running entirely over Dante, using AltitudeCI to show how a fully networked processor can simplify installation, keep options open and leave room for future expansion. The same platform will also drive partner demonstrations with another Pulse Cinemas/Invision brand, Alcons Audio, on Stand 7G500, underlining how interoperability and scalability can work effectively with very different speaker philosophies.
A brand that was already an interesting package has made itself even more attractive recently with the introduction of AVA OS 2.0. This new update delivers a pleasing upgrade for this popular control platform for home automation and AV control, all delivered in highly attractive ergonomic packages. Appearing in the Residential & Smart Building area of the show on Stand 2A880, the brand will showcase its latest capabilities delivered by AVA OS 2.0. These include the ability to interact with the AVA platform on iPad, Mac, Windows and third-party in-wall panels. Projects can now be configured and managed on macOS and Windows, in addition to directly on AVA’s own Cinema and Home devices. For integrators, this means quicker deployment, better project oversight and the ability to work in the same desktop environments they already use.
AVA OS 2.0 also introduces a new interface rooted firmly in the clean, functional principles of mid-20th-century Swiss graphic design. The result is a crisp, elegant experience with clear hierarchy, strong readability and polished visual clarity. Larger touch elements and adjustable font sizes deliver more usability without sacrificing the well-loved aesthetic refinement of AVA.
OS 2.0 also expands the AVA experience to iPad, Mac, Windows and Android tablets through the new AVA app. On Android in-wall panels, the app can act as either a companion interface or a full launcher, giving dealers freedom of choice.
OS 2.0 also introduces much faster project adjustments. Smart home operators can now modify or extend existing flows with less re-programming and replace devices without disrupting the automations already in place.
It is also important to note that AVA now supports more than 1,000 IP drivers, covering both new releases and legacy devices. This library is growing all the time thanks to AVA’s integrated AI development production line, which automates much of the driver creation and testing process. It is little wonder that AVA is now responsible for controlling all of the Pulse Cinemas and Invision demonstration spaces, and dealers can witness why by getting across to Stand 2A880 at ISE 2026.
