    Invision UK now taking orders for Panasonic 85, 103 and 152-inch 3D plasma displays

    Suffolk, UK, 04th February 2011 – Invision UK, a leading trade-only distributor of integrated A/V solutions for residential, commercial and marine applications in the UK and Europe, has strengthened its market-leading range of Panasonic professional plasma displays with three new ultra large format 3D Ready, Full HD screens.

    The new CHT custom home theatre [VX200 and UX1] range from Panasonic is comprised of three Full HD professional plasma displays that have been specifically designed for the custom installation market. All three screens have Full HD panel resolutions with the capability to display 2D and 3D content.

    The 85-inch model [TH-85VX200] is likely to be the most popular size format - particularly for environments that are too bright for a home cinema projector or for clients that do not want to watch video in a darkened room. The stunning 103-inch display [TH-103VX200] has already proven to be very popular for high-end commercial use and the addition of 3D technology will make it ideal for residential and marine applications.

    The monolithic 152-inch [TH-152UX1] display is the world’s largest plasma screen*. Equivalent to nine 50-inch screens, this enormous plasma has a 4K2K resolution that can display four times more information (4,096 x 2,160 pixels) than a standard Full HD panel (1,920 x 1,080 pixels). Newly developed ‘ultra high-speed drive’ and ‘professional quality engine’ technology combine to produce clear and highly detailed 3D video, and the sheer size of the screen makes it possible to display life-sized people.
