Invision announces new Pro Control range

Invision UK, the leading trade-only distributor of integrated AV solutions for residential, commercial and marine applications, has announced the UK availability of the new Pro Control range of remote control solutions. A newly created division of RTI, Pro Control has been created to provide installers with a range of simple-to-program, robust and powerful remote controls and processors.

A unique combination of one-touch simplicity and robust capabilities ensure that the affordable Pro24.r and Pro24.z touchscreen controllers and the ProLink.r and ProLink.z central control processors deliver the power to address the unique demands of today’s installations. They are programmed using Pro Control’s easy-to-use, wizard-based software, available only to dealers. This allows for unmatched customisation and boasts “auto program”, which dramatically reduces programming time.

Including a wide variety of control options, plus integration with Apple devices and PCs, and sporting sleek, sophisticated designs, the Pro24.r and Pro24.z controllers feature stunning high-resolution 2.4inch LCD touch-screens, programmable five-way joystick (Pro24.z), and backlit hard buttons for intuitive operation even in a darkened room. When paired with Pro Control’s ProLink.r and ProLink.z central control processors, the Pro24.r and Pro24.z are capable of taking full command of even the most complex electronic systems.

The powerful ProLink.r and ProLink.z processors feature routable IR ports with adjustable output strength, two voltage-sensing inputs for improved management of connected devices – as well as Ethernet ports for network control of a virtually unlimited number of devices. The ProLink.z processor features an integrated 2.4-GHz ZigBee antenna for bidirectional communication via the Pro24.z touch-screen controller, in addition to two two-way RS-232 ports for advanced control and monitoring of devices. The ProLink.r features an integrated 433-MHz RF antenna for one-way communication via the Pro24.r touch-screen controller. Both processors integrate with the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
