Invision UK signs distribution deal with Furman to supply power management products

Suffolk, UK, 15th October 2010 – Invision Express, a leading distributor of residential display solutions and consumer electronics products, has partnered with Furman, an international leader in innovative power and energy management systems. Under the terms of the agreement, Invision UK will distribute and provide technical support for Furman’s home theatre line of power management products, including the Reference i-Series, Elite i-Series, and compact AC-210 A E power conditioner, throughout the U.K, Northern Ireland, and The Republic of Ireland.

Furman’s Reference i-Series has been recognised in the U.K. with a 2010 SVI Trade Award for “Best Power Conditioner.” Taking home Hi-Fi Plus magazine’s “Product of the Year” award in 2009, the IT-Reference 16E i features discrete symmetrically balanced power, linear filtering technology (LiFT), SMP/EVS professional-level AC protection, and power factor technology to provide home theatre systems with a pristine, balanced, low-impedance power supply to ensure unparalleled performance. Additionally, for Invision UK’s customers, the Reference Series SPR-16E i voltage regulator provides 230V stable voltage to connected equipment from any input source between 213V and 245V, as well as SMP and EVS protection and linear filtering technology for maximum performance and longevity of A/V equipment.

Furman’s Elite-10E i offers SMP and EVS protection, linear filtering technology, dual pull out LED lights, and a 10A capacity. The Elite-16 PF E i adds additional filtration bandwidth, a larger 16A capacity, and Furman’s exclusive power factor technology for uncompromised performance from current-hungry components such as power amplifiers and powered subwoofers.

Rounding out the selection, the AC-210 A E’s compact, low-profile design makes it ideal for mounting to the back of a flat-screen television or anywhere that discreetly located, remote power protection and purification are needed. The AC-210 A E features SMP, LiFT, and Auto-Reset EVS circuitry to detect dangerous voltage irregularities and safely power down itself and connected equipment in unsafe conditions.
